How do I return?

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

They must be in original condition

They must be unwashed and unworn

What items are NON-returnable?

The following items are non-refundable;  Swimwear, Masks, Bodysuits, and Accessories

Are there any charges for return?

There are no charges for return

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

How soon will I get my Store Credit?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a Store Credit will be emailed to you. Within 2-3 working days after return is received back in the showroom. The email will be emailed to the original email address on the order.

Please provide photos as proof if you’ve received an item(s) that’s defective or damaged. 

Please pack your items carefully to prevent any damage during shipping. All returns will undergo an inspection process that takes 5- 10business days (excluding holidays and weekends) before being approved. Once accepted, your refund will be issued either as store credit or to your original payment method. We cannot accept returned items that are damaged (e.g., tangled, scratched, etc.). If the return package does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse it or apply a fee. 

**Please note that depending on your preferred refund methods, refunds can be made to Store Credit + $25 or to your original payment method. 

Once we receive your request, we’ll process your refund within 2-3 business day and send a confirmation email.
